About Drone Bench
We design and engineer precision bench systems for drone validation, delivering certified measurements for safety, efficiency, and compliance in the unmanned aviation industry.
Engineering certainty in unmanned flight
Drone Bench was established to bridge the gap between theoretical drone performance specifications and real-world operational reality. Born from research collaborations and aerospace expertise, we developed a system to measure drone propulsion parameters with laboratory-grade accuracy.
Today, we provide the industry's most trusted ground-based validation tools, enabling manufacturers and operators to quantify thrust, torque, and efficiency with scientific rigor before a single propeller spins in the open sky.
We elevate drone safety by transforming theoretical data into standardized, verifiable reality.
By providing the industry's only certified bench-testing environment, we eliminate the variables of outdoor flight, delivering data that stands up to regulatory scrutiny and engineering rigor.
To establish the global benchmark for professional drone validation. We foresee an industry where no commercial system takes flight without rigorous ground-based certification—fundamentally de-risking autonomous operations.
As the margin for error vanishes in heavy-lift logistics and manned eVTOL applications, Drone Bench bridges the critical gap with uncompromised precision.
Absolute Accuracy
Precision engineered measurement ensures every data point reflects the true mechanical reality of your system, with zero noise.
Proactive Safety
We identify failure points on the bench, preventing costly crashes and reducing the risk profile for operators and insurers.
Certification Ready
Our protocols evolve alongside official aerospace standards, producing reports ready for regulatory submission.
Laboratory-grade analysis
Drone Bench combines advanced engineering, certified testing
methodologies,and precision measurement
systems to deliver laboratory-grade analysis of drone performance.
Precision Metrology
Our systems utilize industrial load cells and galvanometer-class sensors to capture thrust and torque data with minimal noise and maximum repeatability, ensuring data fidelity for certification.
Controlled Environment
By moving testing from the field to the bench, we eliminate environmental variables. This isolated testing environment allows for the precise characterization of motor and ESC efficiency curves.
Automated Protocols
Our proprietary software suite automates complex test sequences, from endurance runs to dynamic load response, generating standardized reports for engineering analysis and regulatory submission.
